Wraith is going to force the point, then.

"I'll happy show you how I defeated Ditari," Wraith warbles from his cybernetic voice box, tensing his muscles and tightening his fists. "It wasn't anything like the pleasant option of letting me pass to speak with Mither. You've left that route."

Wraith will try an Intimidation check.

You tend to like your scary characters, Collin. Wraith rolls a goodly number of successes terrorizing the guards, with a little boost from Presence adding to the effect.

They move aside and let you enter Mither's chambers.

Wraith will step in, then, keeping the tense demeanor as he is expecting Mither to want him thrown out. At which point Wraith is planning on NOT obeying. He's had enough of this 'inferior human' nonsense.

Mither was discussing something with Dak when you enter, and gives a harsh hiss of displeasure.

"What are you doing in here?" Mither asks. "I did not sssssssummon you, human."

"I wanted a word with you," Wraith says, irritated and warbly as always. "Why am I being treated as lesser when I'm clearly more powerful than your soldiers?"

Mither remains silent for a moment, wheezing lightly.

"You are not sssomeone that the Arniansss would follow," Mither says. "Outsssidersss are not welcome here, which you know."

"But I am strong in the Force, which they respect," Wraith argues. "Dak and I both draw from the same power as your awful Queen-Mother that you want to dethrone, but we don't plan on manipulating things as she does. We use it for strength, and the Arnians respect strength, don't they?"

"They ressspect ssstrength among their own," Mither says. "It is an honessst ssstrength. The ssstrength of an Outsssider is hisss manipulationsss and dessssssseit."

He draws out 'deceit' harshly.

"I know where your ssstrength liesss, Wraith," Mither continues. "But you are not the right spesssiesss."

What would happen if Wraith killed Mither and Dak took control? Because Wraith is more than happy to do the deed if he is going to keep being sidelined like this.

Mither has a tremendous amount of influence over his rebellion. Dak is a fierce warrior for the cause, but he is not particularly charismatic. You don't think Mither is either, but this is something he has constructed over the years.

Long story short - you would lose your army.
