Lara, try putting cool wet washcloths on your skin. It will help pull the burn out. Anything oil-based that you put on your skin will only hold the heat in.

I always use Johnsons Baby oil with Aloe Vera as aftersun, says so on the bottle.

I find sulphuric acid always helps.......but then again, I'm double hard. 😎
