There was only one egg so I decided to go with baked beans and poached egg on 3 slices of wholemeal bread. Kinda on a bit of a diet so that I can get down to 12 stone (168 pounds) for a holiday Mrs.MM has booked for us in July.

So far I've gone from 13 to 12.5 stone, think I'll go to the gym three times a week leading up to the holiday.

How tall are you? I'm only just under 12 stone, I wouldn't say I need to diet.

I'm trying to get to 12 stone, not under. I've always been fairly skinny and tall (or "lanky" as Dim once put it), but since I stopped playing football its been harder to get rid of any weight I gained.

6ft tall, then 12 stone would be too light, you'll blow away in a strong gust of wind.

I am hoping for Man City too and Toffè is out of it , Liverpool has a good drive these days and espesially Owen 4 freaking goals last night that is impressive. Rooney impresses the hell out of me considering his age, Leeds are a little bit more careful about their golden youth, Milner, but together with Rooney the future of England looks good though

I was watching the "goal rush" on tv yesterday and big Ron Atkinson was watching the WBA v Liverpool game, he said that West Brom were lucky to get away with 6 goal conceded. He said Liverpool should have scored much more, but weren't up to scratch with their finishing.
