i wish i didn't know 🙂

I'm tellin' ya, soon enough you'll receive word that I'm in the hospital with a stiff back...bloody knapsack weighs nearly as much as I do!!

year 7s are funny...there bags are almost bigger than themselves 😄

hehe

Hello everyone !

hey GP!

well cermie, in your case the bag is still bigger 😉😛

Alright I'm gonna try to explain you what the class I attend is. 👿

give it your best shot 😛

No one in NY could understand this... for them you go either to college or to an apprenticeship, or something like that...

but I'm not from NY now am I?

You know in NY I met some korean, japanese people (not only natives)

First the building

nice, this some sort of school?

Ok I begin. In France, in addition to the University (free, open to everyone), kinds of apprenticeship, technical abilities teaching,... we've got a selective way, called 'preparatory classes'. These classes are the same level as university (after high school graduation ) and are available only by sending them your marks from the two last years of high school (that's why they are selective)

in fact this is part of a big building (secondary/high school + preparatory class) : 3200 students (from 11 to 21 years old) work there.

gotcha, though, this IS the tavern, you can also write in french, think that's easier for the both of us to understand

(or if you want to explain it to others, keep the english) 😉

these classes are called 'preparatory' because they are supposed to prepare you to take a competitive exam that leads to 'Grand schools'.
There are 3 major types of 'Grand Schools' : Business school, Engineering school, and Litterary school. These school are very high-rated and the knowledge level required is high... That's why it's a competitive exam

You must be right, Yerss' , my english is so poor...
Ok I'm carrying on in French...if somebody wants to know I'll translate it later...

nice

didn't said it was poor! said it was easier for you and me!

quand est magny-cours?
