Cawrei finished her meal and had a look around. Now what? She could not leave, for the only way she would ever leave would be with her whip. So she decided to wait, and wait patiently. She placed her feet on the table and leaned the chair backwards, staring up into the seiling. She sighed, for she hated not having anything to do.

It did not take long until she got up on her feet and spread her wings. A few flaps and she had ascended from the ground. She reached the candle chandelier and flipped herself upside down, grabbing it with her tail. She wrapped her tail around it and started swinging herself forth and back. How sad, that the mighty succubuss would be swinging herself in the roof out of boredom.

The Commander returned. He opened the door and the sight he saw shocked him. "Wha- Get down now!" He ordered Cawrei as she hung from the high ceiling lights. He then smiled when he heard the sound of stressed metal, suddenly the whole thing came crashing down.

Cawrei ignored his command and just looked at him mockingly. Moments after, a crackling sound was heard and the light along with Cawrei dropped towards the ground. She gave out a yelping sound and as it fell, she threw herself aside. He had distracted her, or she would have knew what was about to come. She almost got away as it crashed, but the tail and left wing got caught inbetween and she grunted in pain for being caught between. Her tail did not feel a thing, but the muscles in her left wing did.

However, she quickly got up nearly expressionless, kicked the chandelier aside and pulled both tail and wing out of it. She got up, brushed the dust and scraps of metal from her body and clothed, looking up at the commander.
"Dont dare say it"

"Say what?" He asked mockingly. Stepping past her to the desk. He placed the repaired whip onto its surface. "Dont you dare touch it." He said in a menacing tone.

Cawrei frowned and grinned, as she stood up straight and stretched her wings and tail. She felt stale from the fall but quickly recovered, shaking a little on her wings to remove the small scraps that had got caught in them. She walked up to the desk, placed her hands on it and leaned over in his direction with a smile.

"And you'd stop me if I was determinated to take it?"

"Names, Jake, B Riddick. You can call me Jake or Riddick." Jake took her hand and tried to help her up. He tryed his hardest to cover up his wound. He knew exactly what was happening and where to go. Most importantly, he knew who to avoid.
Bowing her head slightly, Romulous uttered a soft ' Thanks ' and let him pull her up. A rush of blood seared through her body,and she had to fight off a wave of dizzyness. Her eyes took in the environment around her, tunneling for a moment, then evening out. She waited for Jake to guide her away.
Her eyes met with a wound on his side. She covered her mouth as she examined it from her distance. It wasn't lethal, but it certainly needed to be treated. Wherever they were going, They both needed to get their fast.

"Nope. Just seeing if you followed orders."

"Worry not. My loyalty remains with those that I side with, but I take only in orders if they fit me. Serving my allegiance can be done in multiple ways"
She grabbed the whip with her tail and fastened it to her belt. She respected the commander, but it would take a lot in order for her to follow a command concerning what she could do with what belonged to her and not. She smiled at him as she climbed up on top of the desk and sat down.

"Now what?"

Jake started to move towards a cramped alleyway. It would be a little uncomfortable, but it would serve it's purpose in helping them. He was doing something that he normally didn't do and that was wait for an injured comarade to keep up. In fact, his helping her was very different for him. "I have to say, I am impressed. You're the first person to not blatently ask about my goggles."

Gazing up at him, Romulous tried to read his features. His face was tensed in an interesting way, and he seemed deep ni thought as he examined a nearby alleyway. she questioned asking if something was wrong, but bit her tongue.

when he spoke she closed her eyes and smiled gingerly.

" What can I say? I've seen some qite interesting things in this life time....I've learnt not to question most of them."

she opened her eyes and winked.

" But if you'd like to tell, I'm listening. "

Jake shrugged and moved forward with her close by. "It's a different story haha." He crept towards the alleyway slowly and nonchalantly. "I can basically see in the dark and my eyes are hyper-sensitive to light."

"Do as you wish." He said then left to greet Lord Sion who was due any hour now.

***

The entire fourth fleet hovered over Farsnek as the sun set. Lord Sion walked into the capitol tower and he made directly for his office. He was greeted by Versh and the commander saw Gizmo trailing behind.

(sorry i havent been rping alot of snow fell around here ive been busy shoveling -_-

just give me a moment to catch up)

gizmo had sat in the awkward silence with dogma long enough. he turned to her and said "listen you dont have to be sorry about anything but i have a couple things to take care of" he blushed and left. he walked down the halls and reached the window he had used his helo-bot from. a beep issued from his projectoid. he pushed a few buttons and read ~5000 added to your acount, anonymous donor~ gizmo was shocked, who would give him such a large sum of money? so he knew what he was going to do. he left the building and headed for bennies. when he got there he walked in and greeted bennie with a big smile. today was the day he upgraded to a gun arm.

~~~~~
lord mason stood in the practice dome. it was designed by the best technoids in the western region. and that included gizmo. gizmo was the one who developed the holographic physiology making it possible for holograms to be effected by other objects. like one giant interactive video game. mason took out his pistol it was an odd one, a barrel twice as long as a normal pistol and it had a chuck berry red stock. it was his pride, his baby, his fiona. he named all of his weapons, but this one was his favorite. and most acurate. the holo - dummies appeared and charged at him with swords. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. one by one he shot them with deadly speed and accuracy after only a couple seconds there was one left. he shot, and missed. the holographs sword swung at his head he ducked, rolled back kicked up sending the dummie into the air where he shot it in the head. 10
~~~~~~~

gizmo flexed his new arm "its heavier" he said to bennie "well yea, it has a gun and bullets in it now."

gizmo marveled at it. he flexed it and gripped his hand. halfway up his arm split and the front half lowered and held a trigger while a barrel protruded from the other. "go ahead give it a couple test shots" bennie said indicating the target on the wall. gizmo aimed and fired. he missed by a long shot. "i guess youll have to get used to it." gizmo and bennie said their goodbyes and gizmo left. he didnt know what he should do yet so he decided to head back to the capital building. he wanted to speak to versh.

when he got to the building he ran into lord sion. and after a few moments of chat gizmo boarded the ship of lord sion and the fleet departed. when they landed gizmo hadent been expecting to wind up in the same place they left from but he silently followed sion off the ship and back to versh

(so sorry for the delay)

((No bother))

General Archimedes was also with Sion. Sion led the Commander throught his own building and entered his office to the sight of the smashed chandaler and the winged humanoid female. He stepped past them all and stood to one side. Versh spoke first, hoping that Cawrei would offer the explination, he skipped it. "My lord, The Rebels attacked this-morning they captured one of our prison containment facilities."

General Archemedes spoke up. "We sir. It looks like intelligance was-" Archemedes trailed off as his gaze became transfixed on Cawrei, the Commander elbowed him. "-uh, oh yes, intelligance was correct in stating the fact that the Rebels are strongly based in this area. It is ashame that we lost to the-"

Versh spoke up. "Personal feelings aside, we are now in a position of vunerability. The Rebels are gaining far too much support in this secter to be just a small force."

A captain spoke uo from the doorway. "Sir-uh sirs's , may I interject?" Lord Sion nodded listening to everything. "Our scouts have turned up no leads on finding the Rebels. Either we are looking in the wrong areas or we have a leak."

Archimedes spoke to Sion. "If that is the case then we must begin researching the methods employed by the Rebels. If we start sending out false information we may rout out the leak or leaks."

"That is all well and good, but the fact of the matter is, we are at war with an enemy that has the incentive and fights in small resistance pockets." Versh said to the silent Council member. "We dont have the resources in Farsnek to send out false information."

Commander Kaster from the city of Roncorn spoke up. "Versh is right, if we start sending out false information, it would mean that we would need to encyrpt our coms for the real message or some how hide the signal under the false one." He walked in eyeing Cawrei.

Sion nodded. "We would of course need a technical wonder. Gizmo. You are hired. I'll explain the situation to Masso, now..."

The meeting continued.

gizmo was shocked, it was so sudden and surprising to be hired for something like this. he didnt have many chances to flaunt his skill with mechanics so he smiled. "hiding signals and encryptions are toddler steps for me sir, consider the job done." gizmo looked over at the winged creature. 😎 he thought he studied how the wings could possibly work. "amazing" he muttered. they had been designed perfectly for humanoid flight. large enough to support the weight yet light enough to not add any. but they definately werent breakable looking, they were strong. gizmo wanted to study them more, but his attention returned to the commander and lord

Cawrei looked into Versh's eyes when he entered the room and his gaze who was directed at the chandelier. She did not need magical powers to read his mind, as she walked across the room and grabbed it with her tail, dragging it to the side while listening to their conversation. She threw the chandelier into the corner and turned to the ground.

She noticed Gizmo and some of the other men giving her looks, and Gizmo seemed more interested in her wings than Cawrei herself, but she was not modest. She stretched the wings out tall, hoping it would entertain the man, and raised her hand when she wished to speak.

"I'm in a stage of boredom. Can I get any kind of assignment? I am sorry about the chandelier. I did not mean to have it crash in the ground. I am sure it is nothing valuable anyway"

"Quite. You will assist Commander Versh in the investigation." Sion said, he glanced at her impressive wings once then continued.

Versh nodded. "Then thats one facter seen to ((I would request SB control Archimedes)), our other problem is our-"

Archimedes cut him off. "We also have reason to believe that the Rebel's that attacked Varion city in the north last month are part of the same force."

"Verywell." Versh left the room of high rankers. Motioning Cawrei and shoving Gizmo out with him. He led them to his own more softly and impressivly decorated chamber and nodded to the single guard inside. He left.

gizmo looked around, it was a little too fancy for his tastes. he started thinking about hi room back home in the west where metal and circuits and machines cluttered everywhere. he smiled in the reminisince.

~~~~~
saxon entered the holo-dome. saxon was masso's personal guardhis helmet hid his entire face except for one piercing red eye. his body was completely encased in armor. he had no weapons in visible view but his size was definitely intimidating at 6'3"
"lord masso" he nelt down on one knee and bowed hi head. "speak saxon" saxon lifted his head. "sir message from the the council." "it had better be important enough for my attention" masso said polishing his weapon. "sir it seems that there is a large amounts of rebels gathering in the mountain regions. they want us to compile our best and send them in."
lord masso pointed his gun at a holographic bird withought looking and shot. the bird fell to the ground with a thud next to saxon. saxon turned his head slightly and looked at the bird.
"so lets get our best then" he said.
((I'll take on the task))
Archimedes stood in quiet contemplation of just what would have to be done to halt the advancement of the strengthening Rebel resistance. It was a very hard decision to make on even the smallest of instances, because there was no telling the exact strength of the Rebel forces. "What would you have me do?"
