Bleach: Kenpachi Zaraki is my undisputed favorite, but others I like are Aizen, Noitora, Soifon, and Yoruichi.

One Piece: Eneru, Crocodile, Zoro, and Blackbeard.

DBZ: Vegeta, Broly, and Freeza.

Afro Samurai: Afro and Justice.

Yu Yu Hakusho: Hiei and Younger Toguro.
