While God Kratos has not shown any real TK (I mean, he was only a God for about two minutes in God of War 2; during the opening cutscene), he is pretty much >>> Ares, having already killed him and taken his place.
And one of Ares' feats was in a flashback in which he had destroyed an entire army of several thousand soldiers in gruesome fashions with his mind (three examples were 1. One guy's head had exploded, 2. Another was cast a few feet in the air and broke in half, and 3. One guy caught fire). Put two and two together, there's no reason to imply Kratos can't do the same thing. That, and as shown by Zeus, the Gods have very high durability (not unlike Dante's), and the only thing(s) shown to have ever killed them is that which also had thei same kind of Godly power (PIS possibly).
not indestructable, not propper, you can only kill a God with pandora box or the blade of Olympus, both incredible artifacts, Kratos would shrug off any TK powers Mewtwo has, the only way M2 may have a chance is if he got into Kratos' mind, however Kratos has strong willpower enough to knock off mind powers.
And dont even try and compare GOW God durability to Dante lol, Dante would be slaughtered in durability, not to menstion they do not burn and their bones do not break.

Since when was he 300-500 foot? I have never seen him at that size.Oh and since the time when he moved an ENTIRE ISLAND. Which was a lot more than 1000 foot wide and a 1000 foot fall.
2. An immobile object. Proportionately, Kratos could easily lift said island(which was very small btw) with one hand. Oh, and one thing you forget is density and weight, Gods and Titans are much more dense, and have many bones humans do not have. Which adds weight to them. Kratos as a DEmi-God had the power to lift well over 100 tons, he even resisted Atlas' strength who is in the 100,000 ton lifting range, as a God at 300-500 feet, it would be much greater.

1. Not even as a God.
2. Show me the heaviest thing Kratos has ever lifted.
500 feet might be exaggerating a little bit, but God Kratos at full size definately at least borderlines ~300 feet. Looking at Ares in God of War 1 in his first cutscene, the feople at his feet were barely noticeable were it not for the fact that they were all bunched up trying to attack him.
One of the largest things Kratos had lifted was the Colossus of Rhodes, which was roughly comparable to a full-size GoW God. But technically, Kratos tossed it.
^That, and the Colossus had basically ambushed him, stomping through a building wall to try and crush Kratos under its foot. The fact that Kratos stopped that foot dead in its tracks along with the likelihood that there was ALOT of pressure being pressed down on Kratos makes it that much more impressive a feat when looking at it in that sense.
If Mewtwo used his TK to throw objects such as boulders at Kratos, he would be more than capable of deflecting them with his strength alone or executing a well timed roll as he is fairly agile. Hell, if Mewtwo even dropped an object weighing tones on Kratos, he would simply catch it, laugh and throw it back! He clearly has the strength to do so, and this is when he is human sized. Even if Mewtwo was TK'ing objects left right and centre and a few hit Kratos, they would be unliklely to influct critical damage as he is a highly durable mofo!
As iv stated before, the only way Mewtwo can possibly beat Kratos is to get inside his head, but that is a hit or miss tactic, although suffering mentally from his past, he has been able to resist mind control from Ares in GOW1
