Now, now... the dialogues in Death Proof were better. Too long, crap movie, but at least some lines were nice. And I prefer Russell over Travolta.
I personally didn't think IG was too long. I think it took a lot of balls to make a movie like that, with the excellent languages and the subtleties used in those.
Yeah but Russell was hardly in the thing. It just seemed like 8-9 hrs of listening to pretentious twats sit round discussing the most inane coversational topics on earth and presenting their lines in the manner of some bad Tarantino impression, chiefly because the characters were all written to sound like vocal clones of Tarantino.
Both groups of women deserved thouroughly to be brutally murdered onscreen, for their crimes of timewasting in cinema and only one was.
I cant take the full uncut version man. Thats what I saw, and it melted my brain beyond recognition and destroyed forever the previous classification of greatness of Tarantino past that point.
The other half of that Grindhouse double, Rodriguez's Planet Terror was WAY better.
