Ahhhhh... Lex is no longer President of The United States and FTR The Pres can be voted out of office... DOOM can not be voted out of owning his country... DOOM's the reason they came up with the term to rule with an iron fist... And BTW DOOM did steal The Beyonder's power which IMO is a pretty healthy feat.
