It is not uncommon for men of royalty to carry several titles, awarded by other worlds as gestures of friendship or to show fealty or any numbers of reasons.
The stormtroopers shed their white armor in favor of the ragged civilian disguises that Janus has brought for them. They bring crates filled with Imperial-issue blaster rifles to give to the men that Janus defected to your cause. Then they cram into the starship, with you and Commander Skrall sitting in the cockpit with Janus.
Janus' luxury cruiser leaves Coruscant quickly after Skrall reports to Tarkin that the operation is underway. It jumps into hyperspace, and you have a short amount of time in which to ready yourself for the coming fight with Einar.
Melkor can wear some light armor if he wishes. It will give you two points of damage reduction, but remember that it also reduces your Speed and Agility by one.
If things go according to plan, it is Einar that will be alone with you and all your men after you ambush his bodyguards. Even someone as skilled as he may not stand a chance.
Commander Skrall almost seems brainwashed with how much he refers to his duty to protect the Empire from its enemies and bring to justice those that would seek to undermine it. He sees Einar as an obstacle to be removed in pursuit of Imperial supremacy.
"You want him dead?" Skrall asks. "I'll make him dead."
He is cleaning his blaster rifle as he talks to you. When he finishes, he starts polishing a combat knife as long as your forearm.
"It's not the standard issue," he says, smugly.
An hour later, you hear the engines slow to a dull roar as the cruiser comes out of hyperspace, Erengard appearing in your viewport with its golden glow. Imposing in its presence over the planet is an Imperial Star Destroyer, vast and dark in contrast to the bright planet.
"We've arrived," Janus says, over the comm.
While the Erengardians are remarkable soldiers, they do not have much in the way of a fleet besides massive dropships. The Erengardians don't travel much and have not fought a battle off-world since the Clone Wars. That being said, the Star Destroyer is floating quietly in space, but it has deployed its TIE Fighters to maintain the blockade.
"Come to the bridge and strap in," Janus requests.
Skrall will escort you to the bridge, ordering his men to stay where they are.
Janus is starting to take the ship in.
"We will be 'engaging' their fighters in a moment," Janus says. "As I understand, they won't shoot us down, but it needs to convincing for Maurenburg's scanners..."
"Yes, sir," Skrall says. "The TIE fighters are ordered to open fire but not disabled or vaporize."
"That's comforting..." Janus mumbles.
"I am just fortunate that Fortune's Folly has strong shields," Janus says. "I am not a professional pilot, you know."
The Star Destroyer begins to hail Janus, but is ignored as planned in the event that Maurenburg picks up your conversation. With that, the sensors pick up incoming fighters.
"The game is on!" Janus shouts, throwing all power into the engines and shields as he guns it towards the planet.
The approach to Erengard happens very quickly. Barreling towards the planet at full speed ahead, Janus does not vary from his course. His luxury cruiser is actually very fast for being a civilian vessel.
The TIE Fighters intercept and immediately open fire... but they are not flying in standard formation and are taking unlikely potshots at you as they make their passes. Lasers flicker and flash against the shields and rock the ship. One shot hits particularly hard and the ship lurches onto its side.
"We've lost a stabilizer!" Janus says, somewhat panicked. "They're trying to make this very convincing..."
