STAR WARS: RETROSPECTION- Brothers

Melkor indeed shrugs and hesitates for a moment, thinking about the peaceful moment he spent here with Anastazia....still, it was Einar who brought all this destruction, it it wasn't for mother's death he would not challenge him for the throne. Promising to himself that everything destroyed shall be be rebuilt in even more splendid way, he runs after Einar.

Making a straight run down the center of the Courtyard, Melkor feels the heat of several barrages of lasers streak past him, nearly piercing him with their hot energy numerous times. But the soldiers cannot focus on him with the cannonade that his friends are putting out. Rail charges burst and scatter debris about as Janus and Skrall pick off the soldiers of this ambush. Melkor dashes through the muddied water of the courtyard fountain just before Arvus completely desolates it with one of his heavy shots, then barrels headlong into the Maze...

You are offered a choice as soon as you get into the Maze. Left or right?

DO I remmnber anything of use about the layout of the maze? if nothing, then right.

You do, but a quick response was necessary here to get clear of the fighting. You go right. The snow in this part of the Maze is undisturbed, but you carry on until you come to a corner in the Maze that turns left.

You are in the outermost path of the Maze. It cuts off halfway across, and there are two leftward paths. Do you take the first or second, or head back the way you came?

The second path

Okay, how am I supposed to beat Sia Akura as Adept?

Luckily not a problem that Melkor has to deal with!

You go further along and enter the second path... yes, you are starting to remember your way along the Maze's paths. They all look the same but you harken back to your past attempts to navigate it and start picking out the correct paths...

Further into the Maze, the sound of fighting is dimming outside the Maze, but you hear boots crunching in the snow within it.

Is there one route to the exit?

Yes, there is only one route to the exit, which is also the entrance.

Frankly, I shouldn`t be there facing Einar alone, right?

It is possible to defeat him, but if you want to lure him back to where your friends lie, you will have to get him to find you first.

Is there any abvious place that would make good trap in this maze?

The Maze itself is confusing enough without someone firing at you. You could possibly maneuver yourself into an advantageous flanking action.

"Einar, where are you, coward! Are you afraid of your weak little brother?!" Shouts Melkor, taking an ambush position around the corner. Does he have any grenades or explosives with him?

You do not. Einar does not answer.

It is going to be a Savoir-Faire roll between Einar and Melkor to see who remembers this part of the Maze best, determining who gets the drop on who.

Let's go for it, Melkor's score should be higher....

Indeed, it is. Melkor has a Savoir-Faire skill of 11 and rolls an 11 as well. Einar rolls a highly useless 4. This allows you to find the proper pathway whilst he gets turned around, and as you step into one of the main paths, you see him walking in the opposite direction...

Is there any option to use the surroundings to damage Einar, or is shooting him the only option?

Shooting him would be the most efficient, certainly.

Melkor is still counting on his allies finding him, yes? Or he has to lure Einar, he doubts he can really take him alone.

Then Melkor will focus to shoot Einar the best he can, than withdraw closer to the entrance.

I will spend a Fortune point on this.
