I think Thor just removed The Juggernaut's enhancement not just the shield itself.
Juggernaut takes it with no problem, I don't think his shield was up when he took a Godblast from Thor.

Anyways Thor could possibly survive it, it he always had a good resistance to heat. It would def hurt him imo..
Hunter Prey Doomsday would be a toss up, he did survive the Omega Beams from Darkseid, there is a strong possibility that he can takes Primes HV.
I believe Surfer would not get pierced with the HV because Glalactus stated that his glaze can withstand the highest temperatures of space, this is including the most hottest stars.
And I'm not sure about Thanos just yet. 😬
Every body else on that list will get pierced with the HV.
Actually Firelord's heat was too much for SS.
Also regular Superman's HV is much hotter than the core of a Star (something that SS should be able to take). But SBP's HV has to be many multitudes higher. Geez! it went through everything it came across (even Superman like he was a ghost or something).
But I say that he gets to H/P DD.

I had not seen that pic of Superman Prime's HV going through Superman as if he wasn't even there.
Damn. That's impressive considering Superman's insane durability. Given the fact it has managed to go right through Superman like that I say at the very least SMP HV kills everyone up to 7.
Thanos will be hurt, but I dunno if it will actually kill the mad titan(Thanos Death PIS excluded)

He gets to Thanos and would seriously injure him but I doubt it would pierce him unless he got multiple shots or 1 long concentrated shot in the same spot.

The explosion took the planet out of orbit and into the path of a star, where the explosion continued.
This whole time John and J'onn hung out in outer space (note the scan shows them not being anywhere near the star, so they didn't survive the full blast of the explosion, only the initial part of the explosion).
