DBZ Power Level listings (subject to change): By Grinning Goku
Disclaimer: I’m basing these power levels off what was seen in the manga and anime (I’m talking feats of characters and what not). Do not bash my list. I’ve labored over latter half of it. The Vegeta saga and most of the Freeza saga power levels were set in stone by Akira Toriyama.

And we are all familiar with the famous phrase “It’s over 9,000!!!” which is why I put Son Goku’s P.L. after powering up at 9,000 plus. P.S. Also I don’t think Goku started using the Kaioken attack until he darted after Nappa.

*Guldo got owned pretty easily by Vegeta here. He’s really only on the force because of his Time Freezing/Telekinetic abilities. Also it’s safe to assume that either Gohan or Krillin could have beaten Guldo fairly easily as well. Now, I’m very confused about Vegeta’s power level after the Ginyu force battle. After he defeats a severely weakened Ginyu, he rests and then confronts Freeza and appears to be his equal. WTF, right? If we really take a look at this it would mean that Vegeta’s power level went from about 85,000-90,000 to 450,000-500,000 in a matter of minutes to hours (which I find simply impossible considering that Goku was at the same level when he arrived and only jumped to 300,000 after he healed up). Either Freeza was lying about his power level in his first form (which I doubt), or he was holding back. So, I’m gonna use my own discretion. Feel free to comment/correct.

2nd form – 1,000,950-1,005,000 (Frieza says his P.L. is over one million, but he could been exaggerating a bit as many DBZ villains tend to, but I gave him a slight benefit of the doubt.)
3rd form - 1,250,000

Battle worn - 11,000,000 and dropping ( I think Frieza was kind of close to SSJ Son Goku’s full power level, which is why I ditched the 12,000,000 that I usually see on DBZ websites).

*Mecha Frieza - 9,500,000+ (I’ve read mixed opinions about the ‘Furiza Bot.’ Some say the Z fighters who were on Namek e.g. Gohan, Krillin said Frieza’s ki was greater than on Namek, while others said Gohan said “his ki gets even stronger” when Yamcha asks him if all that energy is Frieza’s.)
King Cold - 11,175,000 (His ki is said to be similar to Frieza’s ki in terms of power so that could be anywhere between 10,000,000 and 13,500,000 so that’s exactly where I’ll put him).
