CA has never blocked lasers or anything remotely as fast by moving his arms after he seen the beam coming. Try again.
He simply got his shield up before they fired.

Spidey has SS and can move out of the way before the laser fires.
CA needs to rely solely on evasive movement to be free of the aim of the laser sender. Otherwise if he's in the way after the laser fires and his shield is not already up then he is a goner.
Stop confusing dodging with evasion and anticipation.

Why would he use Supes speed if Diana was faster, that and the fact Supes has better speed feats lead me to believe she isn't faster.
