Sorry, I didn't know this was Pre-flashpoint. Starter of this thread should've put complete details anyways, for this pre- flashpoint versions the thing calculated as plus one for Supes is his Strength. Yeah invulnerable. But he holds back, he doesn't kill. He bruise but he doesn't kill, whereas for Diana only her conscience holds her back to kill. BUTTTTTTTTT! Okay, Superman is the strongest among others. Alright. 😄

Here's my breakdown.
Superman's advantages:
1. Strength
2. Durability
3. HV
4. Freeze breath
WW's advantages
1. Fighting skill
2. Lasso
3. Tiara
Skill would make WW get more hits on Superman than Superman gets on her.
Lasso is an option after WW stuns Superman will a nerve blow.
Tiara is an option after WW stuns Superman with a nerve blow.
Freeze breath is an option that can be done at any time
If characters, job, and have PIS then Superman wins everytime.
If characters fight to the best of their abilities then Superman wins because of the freeze breath tactic.
If freeze breath isn't allowed (or Superman decides not to use it) then WW will win a majority by applying the stun hit and lasso tactic.
So Superman wins via freeze breath or Diana wins via lasso.

If both are fighting to the best of their ability, Wonder Woman gets owned freeze breath or not. Superman proved it by how he treated her NOT fighting to the best of his ability in SACRIFICE. Superman can take a lot more than her and dish-out a lot more than her. He's faster meaning lasso and tiara can be avoided. Hell, in WONDER WOMAN #175 she only managed to get the lasso around a mentally compromised Superman because he got distracted.
After Infinite Crisis, Superman and Wonder Woman had three "fights". Once with Khyranna having a part of Superman's powers where Khyrana utterly humiliated Diana in Superman 661, once again against Batman with Superman's powers where he casually owned her and backhanded her from moon to earth and out of the fight and lastly again in Final Crisis where Superman oneshotted her.

So in last three "fights" against superman or someone with a part of Superman's powers, she has been humiliated. No reason to think this would be any different.

She sneaks-up on him, bashes him in the ears with her bracelets and kicks him in the head and slams his head to the ground and still can't KO him. She's not as strong as you're arguing, and he's more than capable of avoiding her weapons under normal circumstances.
Why would I be upset at you pretending to be so manly but you play kickball with girls? That makes me laugh, not get upset. Being a weak male playing kickball against girls must be why you think so highly of Wonder Woman here.
