if this ever becomes a movie i would certainly want to see it
ganondorf has never been witnessed with all the triforce pieces,
gaining the power of the god's he probably could change the rules of gravity and his own matter thus slowing down seph and boosting himself mercilessly.
ganon can also use long ranged energy shots and call upon his phantoms as a defence,
seph brought down a building with his sword, ganon brought down a castle by a raor.

Just going to clarify, it wasn't the roar that brought back the castle, he yelled because he was using all him magic power left to bring the castle down.

Ganon's magic is useless because Seph will be intangible. He will immobilize Ganon with TK while attacking him with Super Novas and Sin Harvests, until Ganon is dead(only if we ignore Ganon's "immortality" of course).
And Sephiroth is Jenova now, meaning he can regenerate some parts of his body. But only if the attack is not insanely powerful, like a bunch of giant swords surrounded by spirit energy hiting him with unimaginable speed(aka Omnislash Version 5).
Ah, and if Ganon cuts some part of his body, it will transform in a giant Jenova monster.
