Fair enough, I'm not going to pretend that I'm not curious, but OK. I'm not going to pretend that I don't think the original statement is still stupid, either.

Fine, for one thing, I have always been in love with the United Kingdom's beauty, (you know, the gorgeous rolling hills and fields, etc) and its highly fascinating history. The UK has produced some very notable scholars, one of which I have spent my entire academic life idolizing. And let's leave it at that. So, saying I'd like to visit anywhere in the UK makes perfect sense to me, as I'd like to visit most places from the Isles Of Scilly, to Brighton, to Cornwall, to Cambridge, to Oxford.. I'd love to visit Southampton and Belfast and even Loch Ness, because its history, no matter how far-fetched, is still fascinating to me. Now let me shut up, cos once I get started on the UK, I don't stop. Satisfied?
Fair enough, though I wouldn't say you're in love with here until you've visited. Which scholar is it you've been idolising?

Ah. Thank you. We'll see. I plan to spend four years in undergraduate study before transferring there. They'll HAVE to take me.... Most of my idolised Astronomers have been to Cambridge. I won't rest until I've graduated from there. laughcry Then again, Oxford wouldn't be all bad. mmm
