WW is a non factor here, so basically it comes down to Supes vs Thanos. This is were it gets tricky because I can go by two schools of thought. I can look at it as"Thanos beats surfer handily whom is supes equal" and give it to Thanos or I can look at it as"Supes beats DS consistently whom is more powerful then Thanos"and give the win the supes....im undecided.
Well those peeps would be very ignorant then since Jack Kirby said DS is comparable to Galactus. Supes shouldnt be able to beat him, which is why I tend to ignore DS loses against Supes and dismiss it as PIS. On the other hand, I still think SS shoudl be able to eat Thanos easily but Marvel seems to be smoking crack whenever Thanos is on panel. So in short, DS jobs to Supes and SS jobs to thanos...what a mess.

So, when DC depicts Superman as being Darkseid's superior, you choose to ignore the writing on the page.
When Marvel depicts the Surfer as Thanos' inferior, you choose to ignore the writing on the page.
Whenever you don't like something...you ignore it.
And then, you call people who don't ignore these showings ignorant.

I was merely saying that you cannot discount all of Darkseid's losses or '*****' showings as PIS, jobbing, or bad writing simply because you don't like them.
I don't care whether you want to argue that it makes Superman a Galactus+ level god, or if you want to argue that it makes Darkseid a mid-tier *****.
You just can't argue that it 'doesn't matter,' or pretend like it never happened.
