I'll put Supes at skyfather level before Thanos, considering the feats he's done so far (which out beats Thanos by far). But I don't consider either one them skyfather level; I'm just 100% certain that Supes would whoop Thanos ass that's all.

But Supes has never been killed by K-nite man, Supes has never been beaten by Lex with an K-nite batttle suit or using world filled with K-nite against him, fighting dozen of times on a planet under a red sun and being droped in a red sun, taking a supernova filled with red solar energy, or a being made to evolve past his him (doomsday). Supes faces his weaknesses on a daily basis; Thanos comes across his once and he ends up being killed in a pathetic way.

He's not stronger than Eternity. But he would last a few seconds against Eternity. Which is a credit to his power. And given the nature of his abilities, Takion should theoretically take down Odin.
Supes can beat Thanos in a slugfest, or if Thanos handicaps himself to not using his exotic powers. Straight fight, Thanos takes a narrow majority. And alot of that is due to the fact that Thanos is a slug.

Thanos using all of his powers won't give him a majority. He's still way to slow, and just throwing energy blasts at Supes won't help since Supes is quicker than Thanos and will dodge or deflect with Heat Vision. And it's going to be a slugfest if Supes decides he wants to do that, Thanos is to slow to dodge Supes.
