They had one decent album, Shannon Hoon's voice made half of the band and after his death they never really released anything that could be of interest to anyone.

Rage against the machine is such a good band, and they did awesome in the 90's.

Sorry for reviving an old topic, but I'm doing a project on 90s rock music and have found this thread useful. Anyways, my Top 10 based on quality, popularity, and influence would have to be..

Honorable Mentions: Beck, CAKE, Alanis Morissette, Jewel, Pulp, U2, Live, Ride, Suede, Gin Blossoms

Those aren't in any particular order, except the first two were probably the "winners" of my list because they represent the two most successful scenes of 90s rock: grunge (Nirvana) and Britpop (Oasis). Any comments to improve my list are appreciated! Thanks.
