The farthest I'd go, is to say that Mix is the Anti-Matter aspect of Mxy -- [ie. he directly stems from Mxy, a darker avatar so to speak, but is 'different', sorta].

Who else could be behind it but Mxy? He also summons all the major villains from the 'toddler-verse' lol:

I'd like to put additional emphasis on this panel:

1.) Mxy says that he can see "everything" from the 5th dimension, like he's watching TV.

2.) Mxy basically says that the main reasons he brought back the "little guys" were to:

-a.) make Superman 'happier', by getting his mind off Darkseid/the Crisis.
and,
-b.) "sell a truckload of issues."

Remember when Mxy was fighting the ultimator and he had those comic issues? His comics were actually realities. And if he's selling a truckload of issues, it would mean that comics are realties of mxy's creation or he's using someone elses creation as his plaything.

He definitely seemed like...definitely not Mxy. 😬.

Being in Supes' universe makes him "impish" and not want to be helpful, essentially Mix starts to act exactly like Myx. I think the implication is that he's Myx in the normal universe and Mix in the antimatter universe.

Anyway, I love the idea of someone stealing the H Dial along with the Philosipher's Stone.
