The ambiguous 4 gems creating multiple waves of reality to wash over the Malibu Universe and altering it each time it did? Yeah. I'm aware of it. The aggrandized 2 gems threatening universes while 616 Galactus threatens the multiverse with his death? The Multi-Eternity that may, or may not, have shown up in a Defenders story-arc has nothing to do with the 616 Eternity that showed up in the Infinity Sagas. 616 Galactus did not perform a multiversal surgery in Infinity War.

no that was 616 Eternity. Further you have zero proof that the eternity that showed up to fight Thanos wasn't this multi-eternity you speak of. Zero proof.

^ Umm. You have no proof that the Eternity that showed up during the Infinity Sagas represented the Multiverse. And I have proof from the hundreds of times they refer to him and his totality as the "universe" singular throughout Infinity Gauntlet and infinity War. Also, reverse-projecting Multi-Eternity from other storylines onto 616 Eternity leads you to absurd results, e.g., Galactus performs multiversal surgery with Gamora.

Emperor Joker, if he contained Mxy's true power as manifested in World's Funniest, stomps.

And what's wrong with that? Galactus is indeed multi-versal.

There's a difference between being having power over the multiverse and being "multiversal" and being able to initiate a cascading catastrophe that extends into the multiverse and being "multiversally relevant."

If you're the former, you exhibit power over the multiverse simultaneously and nothing short of multiversal+ power will stop you. If you're the latter, you can still get knocked around by Thor's godblast in a fight, like Galactus does. The 616 Gems are at best, far closer to the latter and so was 616 Eternity who showed up during the Infinity Sagas. Mxy's power is, arguably, far closer to the former.
