The four gems have without being integrated into the IG created universes as Ilagrok showed a few pages back, therefore it is only likely to assume that when the IG is fully operationel then it can do that as well but to a greater degree since all the Gems works better together.

Not making a call on the winner I simply doesn't know enough on Mxy powers even though it is EJ that has them to make a call in eithers favor.

Going by how they match up, The EJ simply has more power. The IG works within the laws of comics reality. Mxy's powers work totally outside of those laws. He even sees everything that is 3D, including the IG, as we do, as paper to be drawn, cut into pieces, played with, etc.

Are you serious? Gog didn't one shot mxy? Where ever did you get that from. Mxy didn't die. He simply returned to the 5th. He didn't even get knocked out.
The Spectre is the spectre. The freaking wrath of God. The Spectre would defeat the IG much easier. As the only way the spectre can fight mxy is to depower him. can't destroy him, and can't even take his powers away peramantly. And Mxy is currently reading countdown with himself starring in it.
