No he isnt, and he ran and hid from Prime. He is currently in the fetal position unless I missed anything in the last two issues of Countdown. I havent read them yet. That crap wasnt canon at the end of the book it was a joke. 😆

Well if Ill play along with you he is still covered up in a ball in the fifth dimension cowering in fear at the moment. Its easy to take away his powers and the ig could definitely do that in a number of ways.
