Bio/History one of the mythos high ups known only as "the Presence" because that is a name he got for the fact he would create the illusion of a hand parting the clouds and looking for his victims, this was combined with a natural ability he has to have lifeforms completely mentally and emotionally breakdown. other than that he sorta just appeared one day
