It's the dumb robot from robocop that had trouble walking down or up some stairs. Later iterations of it were improved, but from a technological aspect it was far inferior to a T1.

In Robos defense, he was already messed up badly by his system starting to shut down due to trying to arrest an officer of OCP. Unlisted directive #4 i believe. ED was summoned at the perfect moment.

I will say that either way, its true. Ed's cannons did some serious damage to Robo's armor.😬
