Black Alice can only steal magical powers. She couldn't steal say, Superman's powers. So if Doom had the Surfer's powers, she couldn't steal that either. it's not about Doom's preparations or defenses. She just couldn't do it.

You guys do know that Black Alice cannot choose whose powers she's stealing about 95% of the time? She doesn't have that kind of focus- read Birds of Prey.

Some dc fans overrate her to laughable levels. They act as if she could solo badass teams. Hilarious, when I see some of the Black Alice posts.

Quan, Black Alice has to know who she's targeting. If she knows, she can take the power. If there's no one around, then it's a crapshoot.

And yes, she can solo teams, depending on what kind of power she can grab.

I doubt you've read a single comic with Black Alice in it. 😐

That's what I wasn't sure, if she does have magical based powers then makes sense. It's more of a question to the board as I don't follow Misfit, so really don't know if she is magical

She focused and stole Spectre's power before, but she was in direct or near direct contact to him.

Also not debating BA will steal everyone's powers in this thread, just posted a scan to a certain debate.

Your team wins. With prep and proper knowledge this team (The DR.s) can take over just about any planet, singlehandedly.

No. There are people on dc earth that could one-shot most of the members on that team. The rest would get owned by top tiers and gls.

Misfit's powers have never been explained.

I've read every issue of Birds of Prey since Simone took over the title way back in like number fifty- Misfit kind of just woke up one day realizing she had powers.

But they could pretty easily be magic based.

Good I'm not crazy as the appearances I did read of hers, they never explained her powers so I had no idea if she was a meta, or a magical person

Would definetly make sense, as BA has never taken powers from non-magical beings before. Unless this new focus changed that, which I doubt
