Hourman controls space, and time, but on what level? Is it on the level of an IG user? What does Ion add to this? Reality? They would still be missing a couple of pieces, as an IG user would also possess infinite power, total control over the soul, and the mind.
Ion and Hourman combined would only be able to control Time, Space, and Reality, so once again, Thanos would have total control over Time, Space, Reality, Power, the Soul, and the Mind.
Thanos would technically be more powerful than the both of them combined, and on top of it all he may be able to over-rule their combined control over Time, Space, and Reality.
With the Power Gem Thanos would have total and infinite mastery over the other Gems... infinite control.
