Bat Family vs. Spider and friends

Spiderman has decided to stop crime in Gotham. He believe's Batman has failed horribly. Being arrogant as ussual, Batman challenges Spiderman and friends for the city.

hmm 2 meta humans and a chick with lots a luck vs the prep king and his proteges.

Without prep Bats & co has no hope
With prep well as you know Bats can slay Galactus

Anybody on the Bat Family can down Black Cat. Then it's seven on 2. Bat Family take it. Too many numbers and gadgets and probably skill.

Black cat is a bit lame agreed but spider man and woman together that's a lot of power and speed to deal with unless Bats has an anti spider spray in his utility belt he ain't taking this easily maybe 3/10

All 7 on the Bat list have utility belts or quivers. Neither Spiderman or Spiderwoman have gas masks. 😐

Bat-family wins- 'cause you stacked the deck. This is just trying to dance around the old question... Batman vs Spider-man. I love Batman... as a character, I rank him as the all time best superhero, but one on one... Spidey wipes him out. And please spare me the "with prep time..." I'm talking man to man, straight up fight, standard gear.

In H2H Spiderman should "wipe him". Batman utility belt is being underestimated. Green Arrow is basically a poor man's Batman with gadgets on arrows with unmatched archering skill. All have utility belts and gas masks. Think of all that gas, smoke, and explosions the spiders would be dealing with.

spidey has fought characters with gadgets all time like goblin (and goblin has near equivalent strength). Spidey damn near took out the x-men solo one time. He's not going down easily to bat family when he has the delicious pheremone exuding spider woman to aid him.

without prep Spiders 7/10
with prep Bats 6/10

If this was a serious Spiderman they would not have a chance.

Spiderwoman and Black Cat are not really good back up though, with even numbers Spidey would take it.

Yes, and realistically he should lose.

Peter Parker has taken out a herald single handedly so he fights aginst the odds all the time. But being more realistic as Mindset said Bats should lose. Parker is 100 times stronger than a normal guy (no exaggeration) so having 7 in your team doesn't help too much. Remember Spidey's no slouch in the brain dept either.

Not disputing his strength. If he wanted to he could probably one-shot each one of their heads off! 😐

But Batman and Green Arrow are JLA members. They fight against the odds(herald-level people) everyday.
