This isn't a Batman vs. Spiderman thread. Individually, Spiderman would prevail. Anyways on to business, each team has the potential to win. It can go either way. Spiderman's team has the strength and speed advantage. However, Batman and crew have experience working together and on top of that they have a secret weapon (black canary). It all comes down to go strikes first and if their working as a team.
