I dont really like the idea of Thor being eliminated via a blackhole, but i suppose its a feasible sollution.
But like a lot of fights, when two characters have similar strength, and they're about as versatile as each other, speed would be the deciding factor, and in this attribute, Surfer has Thor beat.
Of course this is all my opinion.

Unless Thor goes warrior madness or the Surfer decides to fight like an idiot, Team 1 would win. What is the Hulk going to do against 2 ranged characters?

I didnt see Magneto having much of an affect on the battle, so i just thought he would be better off staying out of it, i just figured Surfer would BFR Hulk before he smashed Magneto's shields.
Most likely Thor would attack Surfer rather than Magneto because Surfer would be the active member, not Magneto.
About the Thor smashing Magneto's shields idea, hasnt Magneto controlled Thor's hammer before?
If Thor did smash his shields, Magneto would probably be a dead man.
Overall, i dont see Hulk and Magneto affecting anything, whichever way you play it, not against the Surfer.

Thor taking down Magneto's shield in 2 swings ? I assume you're basing this of Journey into Mystery 109, in which case it's irrelevant. That Magneto was so weak compared to the pre House of M version it's not even funny. 😬

I think the fact that you choose to think that the avengers comic is any more valid than the journey into mystery one is ridiculous.
As of late, Magneto has no shield feats where as Thor has plenty strength feats 🙂
So now you're setting up the rules on which comic is more valid than the other, in order to suit your case better ? Lulz.
Of course, this is not to mention that the comics don't contradict eachother, since the Magneto from your scan is from an old comic from 1964, one year after Magneto made his first appearence (Lulz again) while mine is from 1987 (23 years later), in which he is much stronger, especially since he has been reduced to an infant and then reaged to his prime.
