Better fighter? The same person who is always berated for rushing in headstrong and constantly has to be bailed out by his superiors for his poor tactical choices and comes to fights drunk is a better fighter then someone who is ALWAYS working in the danger room. Always training himself and getting better? Holding his own against trained Shi'ar warriors and cosmic beings? LOL while Apollo is out clubbing with Midnighter or Heath Ledger Colossus is in the Danger Room training, getting better, having his fighting style evaluated, etc.

Faster? This guy gets speed blitzed by Midnighter WITH flight, let alone without it.

More durable? Are you kidding? He gets his ear drums busted up by Midnighter, loses power in the cold weather and cannot survive Mach 30 impact.

As strong if not stronger? In what imaginary world are we living in? Apollo is a chump until he sundips, even then he hasn't really done anything to put him above Colossus while under amp for long.

Better endurance? Lol this is the same guy who has lost all his power and strength in a matter of MINUTES.

Getting beat by Midnighter is not a low showing. the guy has pre-cog on par or better than Spidey. He's a genius who can calculate millions of scenarios. He's like the Batman of the Authority.

Apollo would win almost all of the time straight out, but Midnighter is smart enough and skilled enough to take the majority if he has prep.
