Newjak and Red, I need a clarification on a rule:

During prep would an opponent have access to the opposite team in a non hostile manner? I'm pretty sure the answer is no, but I just want an official clarification.

Matter of fact, is there a centralized listing/post of all the rules for this tourney? I try to be as detail oriented as possible with my judgements and I don't want to overlook something that could be vital for either side.

rules are on the first page of the tourney discussion thread though they aren't terribly detailed. if you're waiting on a clarification from red you may not cast that vote for a couple weeks . . .

Hey guys I'm going to be delaying my judge vote till the weekend. I have to move into my new apartment sooner then I expected. Seeing as there seems to be no new matches in the work I think my delay will be ok.

I will definitely have in no later then Sunday though.
