Also wasn't it suggested that the Authority's Carrier was descended from Monitor tech (which would make sense given its ability to traverse the Bleed)?

And I'm not sure about the Authority thing, though it would certainly make sense.

Galactus himself looks pretty massive in TI.

Then there's the Galactus Engine which makes Galacus (and celestials) look tiny.

Darkseid's true form from Final Crisis is up there, but I do not believe there is a scan that directly shows it. Other than one saying that all space/time is now Darkseid.
