also, he pales in comparison to the majority of these characters, but the armageddon man from x-force grew geometrically larger when his powers were not being kept in line. he was several times the height of power lines, and walking through a power plant like it was grass, when they took him down. his powers could have easily continued to expand, giving him an unknown upper height limit.
