Are you saying "its all about the sucker punch," to me, as in I'm incorrect? Or you saying it about the writers?

Also, I meant the length is because of his actions against the fans; he would have surely gotten a shorter suspension, maybe 5 games, if he would have just shut up and walked into the locker room after the punch.

About the writers.

Agreed. That's been missed throughout all of the sucker punch talk: the guy went after a fan. Though, I fully admit, he was provoked by the crowd and that they were out of line, it still doesn't excuse what he did.

No, it does not.

tonight's miami/fla st. game was very pleasantly good especially since i haven't been following either team in a long time

UM/FSU '09 was a better game than 99% of all games in 2008. Even though it was sloppy, the sheer athleticism on the field made up for the nonstop mental lapses.

Hes had a pretty solid game so far considering how long he has been away from the game. They are doing a good job working him in slow using a short/quick passing game, but hes made some good decisions avoiding pressure and he has gone down field several times with good throws but the receivers are dropping them. I think Syracuse should be pretty happy so far, you have to imagine he will improve a good bit each game over the first few as it all comes back to him.

I watched this game while I painted the living room. For the love of God I don't know why, but I was nervous every time Paulus went back to pass. I think I wanted him to do well because for one week, people would actually be tuning into a noon kickoff game featuring a Big 10 team. And he was the reason why.

Definitely a good game, airing as an "instant classic" tonight on ESPNC. Cant believe FL St. could not get in the endzone though talk about terrible time management.

I was surprised by Ponder, though he did muff that throw in the end.

hahaha I just saw Pryors interview where he was asked about his mike vick eye black where he responded by saying he just needs more support (vick) because everyone kills and murders people and steals from you and me, no ones perfect and they need second chances.

Now I have heard of going to college and maybe experimenting with some drugs doing and what not, but everyone kills and murders? bright kid they have there at OSU.

All athlete, no brains.

Was not able to see any of the game but the numbers were not pretty for Paulus today. Granted it was at PSU which is a big task for anyone.

He was shuttling in and out of the game with their other qb; he couldn't get into a rhythm.

Were they doing that to run their "stallion" aka wildcat? I dont understand doing that when you take your QB off the field sort of takes any element of surprise away.

Ut oh. I just kept assuming ND would pull away and win this game by 10-14 at some point but that last Michigan TD is gonna make it hard. Still a ton of time and they can bomb it out though so definitely not over yet.

Oklahoma State lost, haha.

Well, Charlie Weis is done. Notre Dame lost.

Pryor is so overrated. OSU is going to get smacked tonight.

Okay, so far I'm eating my words, but we'll see how the 2nd quarter goes down.

what a good day for college football
