Clearly Lucas is doing Clone Wars all over again and is fixing all the story problems of the PT.
what story problems ?
If you mean what happens between AOTC and ROTS such as grievous just randomly appears in episode 3 just have to watch the other clone wars thing they did for that

Another fight with Dooku? Kinda diminishes the ROTS fight... .
Not really if this is all set before episode 3.

Lucas said he now had the time to work on character with Anakin and OB1, and showing their friendship all... like: all the stuff he SHOULD have shown in the PT movies. So he's using the Clone Wars to correct his faulty filmmaking in the PT... .

Yeah but we have a Dooku fight in AOTC, another in ROTS. IF we get yet another in between... it gets a bit stale.
Exactly. It diminishes the dramatic impact of the battles and the dialogue.
"My powers have doubled since we last met" etc implying time has passed and Anakin has been training hard, waiting for his chance at revenge.
(The dialogue refering to the AOTC encounter/Anakin's failure/injury as indicated further with the Anakin's relief post-revenge thing, prior to his subsequent self-flagelation.. )
A fight between those two fights drains the importance of that rematch. Wasn't meant to be a rubber match.

Well is anakin even going to fight ?
or will be Kenobi, If it ends up being a kenobi vs Dooku fight then it does'nt really diminishes the dramatic impact of the battles.

I know that there is atleast one Anakin Dooku battle, as the beginning of it is shown in one of the trailers.
