CLONE WARS MOVIE Coming to THEATRES!

This looks fantastic, imo.

It LOOKS very good... that's not the bit that worries me. I liked the trailers of TPM and AOTC too.

Damnit!!! I saw the trailer on saturday when I went to see Wall-e (which by the way, will never match up to short circit!!!) but I missed the UK release date!!!!

They played a trailer for it last night when I was seeing X-Files. I really couldn't help myself, I still got all giddy and excited like a little kid.

Okay, actually in regards to Clone Wars, I find I cannot stand how the animation looks. I've never liked that weird blocky plasticy CG, where it looks like they're trying to create toys.

It's all apart of the gimmick...

Irregardless, I'm highly excited to see this as well. The animation and the fact that they're having Dooku fight Anakin again (blah) don't bother me too much. I'm a big enough of a Star Wars fan to not care how bad the actual quality of the movie is. It's Star Wars, and so I must see it even if it'll suck.

It also makes it easier to swallow when my parents pay for the tickets and not me. haermm

I'll be seeing it alone though. 🙁 None of my friends are Star Wars fans.

And I agree, even if this movie sucks, I'm still going to see it. It's got like, lightsabers and stuff...

I just saw a 3 min clip on yahoo movies. And the action just dragged on, it was pretty f**ing boring , and anakin's voice just sounded awful. Not sure if it was an extended clip or not, but the whole movie seems like a gimmick to sell more merchandise/ or video games.

I miss Caravan of Courage. It was better than blocky CGI. This had potential, but Anakin's voice/ aimed at kids might have killed it for me.
