Jacob walked over to the main door and unlatched the lock. All he had with was a pistol and a combat knife. "If I'm not back by morning, get out of this city as fast as you can." Jacob said nothing else and shut the door behind him. Turning off his comm, he set out into a dark alleyway heading North.
Shannon stood there for a moment and watched the door. "So... No one is going to go with him?" Kat opened one eye and smiled. "That's Jacob your worried about... He can handle himself. He knows this place better then we do." Shannon blinked and looked back at the door. "So again... No one is going with him?" Kat shrugged and closed her eyes. "Only get in the way really." Without saying anything Shannon picked up her pack and ran out after Jacob.
Jacob was down in a prone position and was quiertly watching the military main installation. It's outer walls were dark, bit there was visible movement inside. Who or what was in there was still up to be debated. but the chance of a stronger hideout was too much to skip over. "Well.. now we wait to what comes out.."
"Well, we better hope that there are survivors in there, because our little outpost won't survive two or three attacks. This base here on the other hand can survive a lot of attacks." Jacob slightly looked back at her and then back towards the base. Just as he looked back, two infected charged the main gate, and were met by gunfire.

Kat opened her eyes and looked wearily up at Rek. "Uhmmm... I dont really know, some kind of shelter Jacob lead us to. Don't you remember?" She got to her knees and tightened the make shift bandage around his leg. "We'll have to stop every now and then so you can change these... I dont have a needle and thread with me to stitch you up.. I'm sorry." She looked over at Carlos. "Any movement?"
