Kat sighed and checked her clip. Two bullets were left. "It seems everything is either new or has evolved around here." She pulled some stray bullets from her pack and stuck them into the clip. "How have you been, Ben? It's been awhile. I bairly got to know you when I last saw ya." She frowned and pushed the clip back into her gun as she looked up at him.
Ben sighed and replied to Carlos. "I have the Seraphim to defend me so I don't need a weapon.. yet. I can get you to the armory if you need more ammo. There isn't much but it's still bullets." He then looked to Kat. "I've been hearing voices for the past years and have been rejected by every human that has seen me." Finally looking to Rek he said. "Don't try being all buddy-buddy. We're still enemies here. We're just uniting against a more common enemy."
"'Enemies-R-us' huh? Ha!" Rek deleriously sat down and removed the clip from his rifle and dropped it. He then slammed a fresh clip into the housing. The assault rifle made a satisfying click. He pulled back the catch and chambered a round. Rek grinned and picked up the half empty clip an put it in its pouch. "Well uniting for a common cause is all well a good," He stood and shouldered the rifle, unholstering his pistol, checking the sights and the clip. He pulled back the stock and chambered a round. "what are we waiting for... Christmas? Lets go!" Rek motioned the others. "No sense sitting around." (I dunno how we got here so...)
"We could catch the next bus... Anyone know the bus times?" Rek tapped his vizor with the butt of his pistol before banging the side hard. The HUD flickered to life, immediatly tagging Ben as a biohazard. 'WARNING' flashed across the screen. He silenced the mini alarms that began to go off and grimaced. "Piece of junk!"
((This isn't an outpost so if you emptied that armory out you are one strong soldier haha))
Jacob laughed half maniacly. "I'm not going back out there, unless it's to kill that wraith out there." Ben looked over to Jacob and spoke. "And the only way I will help you is if Jake wants me to. I mean hell, he is really the only one I came back for. Which brings me to ask why you try and save them. I mean we are far superior to them, and the majority of their kind hate us." Jacob looked back. "The only reason they hate you is because you turned seventeen small towns into this right here."
