General Grevious was an amasing character in the EU, but when the movie came out he ended up being an over-confident Asthmatic fool who was killed in the worst way possible.

I really would have fancied to hear him sing.

I agree, he was pretty badass in the novels, in the ROTS novel, I remember someone saying to him..."Think of your men!" GG replies..."Why should I?" I dunno, I thought that was pretty sweet and badass. They should have evolved his character in the movie, it would have drawn a bigger fanbase. And changed his death to something better I agree, someone of his calibur getting shot? Wow...

The novel definitely puts more credibility for Grievous to be called bad@$$.

And since the novel is canon here, he is badass!
