Actually he wasn't running after them to get his piece arm, he was shot off the car and he started rolling. Then he got up and stood there...then John Connor tossed his piece of arm off and T-1000 just walked towards it and absorbed it into his shoe. He wasn't worried about getting the piece back at all.
That's if the Alien even eats it. You act like Aliens ALWAYS eat the things they kill, when most times they don't, I don't even remember an Alien doing what you're describing actually.
T-1000 ftw. Considering that Aliens mainly fight with their claws, teeth and tail--and the T has taken shotgun blasts--there's nothing the Queen can do to kill it. If she tries to grab it to pull it apart...so what. It'll either reform afterwards or flow through her fingers from the start, preventing any kind of grip.
Any damage the Queen might be able to do will be temporary, and it won't hurt. The T doesn't know pain; it doesn't know fear...unlike the Queen.
It can slice off any piece of her (including the face/head), and it will discover the acid blood. If the Queen isn't already dead, it will then calculate the minimum self-sacrifice parameter to ensure termination.

A couple of things here, fist off it is only they blood that is acid so swallowing any part of him will not do anything. The T-1000 has super human speed and strength; after all it is a robot. Remember when it ran and caught up with the car? Mass physical damage such as and explosion only temporarily disrupts the connection between the bonds and slows it down but not stop him. With the melting he was submerged in the molten metal not just sprayed or dripped on so unless he bathes in the acid blood I don’t see that stopping him, hurting him for sure but not stopping. It also depends on which version of the Queen, the Queen in the first movie was very slow compared to her solders and in the AVP was far bigger and faster.

sure but hes going to discover that acid spilled = damage inflicted in a hurry, and the queen is pretty big. the acid easily corroded through steel which doesn't look to good for the nanites bonds/cpu's
Predator's metal is stronger than anything on Earth. Yet the alien's acid dissolved right through it like nothing. That acid can break down the chemical bonds of any Earthly alloy. So I'm pretty sure if that acid gets on the T-1000 its going to do some permanent damage.
I honestly think the Queen wins or at least they kill each other.
^yes, the t-1000 has a finite mass and acid damaged nanites will cause the unit to malfunction akin to a human with a blood clot. it would have to shed the destroyed bots.check this out:

Her digestive juice and blood are totally two different things and you are only speculating on the power of her stomach, we already know that her saliva is not acid because he drips it on people all the time without any harm. The Aliens only adapt AFTER they have emerged from a new host from that planet so she wouldn’t be adapting to anything. I’m not saying that the acid will not affect the metal nanites of the T-1000 but not enough to stop him, he get splashed he can simply drop the affected part and still continue to function. Even if you look back into the movies a quick splash of blood only burnt the surface of the skin and didn’t melt off the entire face, it would need to be a large douse to have real effect on metal or sit on the metal.

Aliens don't fight that way. They basically eat you bit by bit. And judging the size of the Queen she eats huge chunks of the T-1000 at a time. Or using her tail to cut him in half she eats the liquid like it's blood.
Note: The T-1000 can't function if more than 10% of its body is missing.
Also, I fail to see how the T-1000 can cut her face off when she is more than 3 times as tall.
