Arachne took it to Wonder Man not to long ago, and WM was knocked out by a pumpkin bomb from Green Goblin. He hasn't had a great year or so

Wonderman was under Modok mind control at the time

She's also been able to smack the crap out of Team Wrecker Nefaria and Sentry and didn't she put the beat down on Tiger Shark? Everybody's favorite undercard whore Carol Danvers has grown/is growing into a top tier right before our eyes.

Well didn't she smack Sentry after she absorbed the nuke giving her the boost? Also Punisher just beat Tiger Shark by choking him out...sadly I'm not kidding that did happen

However, you are right though Ms.Marvel has gotten a serious upgrade and not to be taken lightly

When did she beat Nefaria or the Sentry? Sounds like BS to me.

The Punisher just beat Tiger Shark so thats not a very good guage of Carol.
