She didn't beat Nef, just gave him a top tier-esque punch that would make Thor proud.

Eh, you can say it like that, I see it as, coupled with her showings against various others and her recent portrayals in Mighty & New Avengers, that Ms. Marvel is no longer the whore in distress that she formally was.

I've always liked Carol and she is having some good showings lately. I missed the Nefaria and Sentry deal and it seemed a little much to grasp. Anyways, I still dont see her beating Barda though.

She took a punch from Sentry that had the energy equivalent to a thermo-nuclear bomb, or something like that.

Well hell, I have all of those. I dont remember Carol ever taking a shot form the Sentry in that storyline. I guess i'll have to recheck. I remember Carol being shocked at the force of a punch that the Sentry hit Ultron with, but thats about it.

Oh maybe that was it, I just know she said she absorded the energy of the attack.

I think I was mixing up him punching WM, and Carol absorbing the energy of his attack...either way she absorbed the energy of a nuke. 🙂
