Prep is prep. Whatever you do there, is essentially legal, up to a point. There is nothing preventing me from doing what I said. Evangel said there is no intelligence cap, and what is the point of intelligence, save to come up with the most outrageous ideas possible?
Intelligence has nothing to do with bud. You're time traveling, both with Rip Hunter and with the chair. And you never bought time manip.
You really should've checked sooner with Evangel, because we can go back and forth all we want (or you and goob, or whatever) but she's going to come in and destroy your tourney because you tried to loophole your way past the rules instead of confirming what you can and can't do.

To hell with the rules. She set it up as paying for the POWER of time manipulation. She did not block me from creating my own time travel technology.
See, that's your interpretation of the rules, which you took as fact rather than getting it clarified when you should have during drafts and such. You can complain all you want, but it's your own fault for not knowing the official parameters.

Entirely different example. I had to scrounge through time to re-assemble the gog. A lesser mind would never be able to do it. And Metron himself lacks the motivation or the precision to locate the Worlogog. Waverider doesn't have the limitless time/space range of the chair.
You are comparing apples and oranges.

Another important point...

So you're saying that it'd be "out of character" for him to do so?
Yeah, that's it. Anyone can do the same as you did. You think a blatant rule violation should be taken on as a challenge? No. You think you've invented something special? If you get rid of the rules people can make better plans then yours. Goober's plan is worse then yours because it's legal. Yours is illegal. Goober would be pwning you right now if his plan used illegal things as well. Don't talk shit. The rules should save him. He's got no obligation to try and go head-to-head with an illegal strategy. Stop changing the issue. You talk shit instead of admitting you're wrong. Admit you're wrong. Don't try and act like Goober needs to defend his strat. against one that's illegal. That's what you're doing. It's an underhanded tactic. If you have to use an illegal strategy it's because your legal ones are sucky. You lose. For a broken tourney you sure failed.

You're stalling. You know you can't beat me, so you're trying to get my strat DQed. You want Evangel to stop me, because you can't do it with your strategy.
If Evangel rules in your favor that's fine, I know I can't fight the gog anymore than any other tourney character can without "bending" the rules until they snap, but that'll change in the following rounds when I use Surfer's abilities to send out a scout to fetch the Infinity Gems and Cosmic Cube for me 🙄 . So if by some miracle Evangel's smoking crack and allows your strategy, I'll forfeit for now and then see you in the finals with the Infinity Gauntlet...

No, you're cheating(or trying to at least). You know that you don't have a chance in Hell of beating a single person in this tourney WITHOUT the gog, which is why you're clinging to it so desperately.
