It would help if you guys could recommended character suggestions for SpunkySmurph! since it seems like a few of guys aren't going to pass for the points he bought them for.

And I realize Mr. I is a loser otherwise, but pair that ability correctly and you have someone who is literally un-killable. So basically I'm saying that if you have "True Immortality" as a power, the person should cost more than Spider-Man....I'm not opposed to the pick, just the cost.

Others can speak for Sorrow better than I. But clearly there's something amiss there too.

There's nothing wrong with choosing MrImmortal though. A sustained KO counts as the character being taken out right? He's so useless otherwise that 2 points doesn't seem terribly unreasonable.

I don't really have a problem with Mr. Immortal at 2 points if a street bank robber with a gun can put him down, and have enough to time to drive and get away, especially with the ridiculously humorous healing powers of Wolverine and Deadpool at two points. It would be different, if his 'immortality' granted him near invincibility or durability to match.

The link doesn't really say how much time it took for him to get back up. He could have been lying down there for 5 to 10 minutes before his 'immorality' resurrected him.

Just have someone toss a huge rock onto Mr. Immortal and immobilize him, or toss him into a river with a weight tied to his legs. Heck, even get a strong guy to throw a mountain on top of him, or bury him under some rubble for 10 minutes and it is a done deal

Fair enough. I'll concede on Mr. I. I don't know enough about the others to say for sure, but Sorrow seems to have come up.

And seriously, how did SoK kill God? And thus, why is he at 2 points? Maybe thre's a good explanation for it, but I don't just want to assume there's one and have Smurph sneak in a God-slayer for 2 points.

Word on the internet (I never read SoK), was that God is not omnipotent if he is not sitting on his throne. And that’s how the Angel of Death shoot down the Big G.

Hold on, I'll ask an SoK expert and give me the low down on what he can do with out his gun.

SoK is supposed to be unkillable too.

MrImmortal is fine. The powers I listed in the first part were for Sorrow who would seem to be far above 2 points because of them.

SoK is also far far to durable for 2 points.

SmurphSmash!, please make your final choices by the end of today (Feb 26). I know you have chosen your characters already, but some did not pass peer review. If acceptable changes are not made by today, I will choose your final characters for you to replace the questionable ones.

I don't wish to be mean, but I want to post the schedules ahead of time and give everyone a few days to prepare for their match, but this cannot happen if the draft doesn't finish, and all objections are settled. So, like I said, I will choose your characters for you if your questionable choices are not settled or changed.

Currently, Johnny Sorrow and Saint of Killers are in dispute, and are being objected against for their current price.

Meh. I really haven't seen much about Sorrow's energy manip, but I can redraft him. Whatever.

As for SoK... the only reason he was able to kill God was because he had his guns that could kill anything... and never miss. Which he doesn't have here.

But, all right, I'll redraft... again. I'll be quicker this time.
