For those that chose to draft a "Prep" guy and then chose to purchase prep time for said character, that character should be able to do whatever they can do and or create in the allotted time available to them... Lab/Sanctum whatever same difference.

Characters shouldn't be handicapped just because they are effective, efficient and advanced "Prep" guys.

Most of the "Prep" characters are brought into the status they are in their respective worlds MARVEL/DC because of it... Now your saying that they can only do BLAH... And no more. That's crap!

There is definitely a pecking order for "Prep" guys but all characters have prep time available to them, whether it's 15 min, 1hr, 36hrs whatever a character can accomplish in that time frame is whatever they can accomplish... Period. Some can do more, some can do less but, prep is out there for all to use if you choose.
