Fate having no gamma radiaton just gets rid of the draining tactic. He still contains Hulk's unlimited strength stamina and regenaritive powers.

Just like how my amalgam is a merger between Sato/Fate/Hulk.

The amalgam's receive all powers from the characters that don't stack.

IOW

My amalgam is Fate's body and magic with Hulk's strength, stamina, regeneration and Sato's aversion field and Hulk controlling the reigns (with complete knowledge of how Fate's magic works as well as Fate and how Sato's field works as well as Sato).

but I hope that when you vote for matches you don't decide who wins based on manipulating the rules to your liking.

I don't really care if you're interested in debate or not, you've pointed out a rule that doesn't exist and goes against what an amalgam is. I'ma need clarification from Evangel.
