Xavier seemed to think a lot of him during one of those X-men sagas in a tunnel or something. Can't remember the scene but when Charels deferes to someone...well that don't happen to often.
Xavier usually makes a number of references to how powerful different Mutants and their abilities are.
Either way Juggernaut wins because eventually Maddox will run out of juice or Cain wises up and just throws all of the them into space.

Could Multiple Man make so many Men that, if all rolled in a large ball of men, that even the juggernaut could not push the ball of men?

Really depends on how much power Cytorak gives Juggernaut. World War Hulk was able to match Juggernaut no? How many kindergarten children would you be able to fight off before they overwhelm and tire you? 100? 1000?
Even a large swarm of mutated cockroaches was able to overpower the Hulk story "Incredible Hulk: The End."
Don't get me wrong, this is all speculation on my part. But if Multiple Man doesn't run out of juice or if he has no limit, then ...

Juggernaut is up there with DC character's strength and durability.
I mean if you have thousands of guys coming up with a plan to defeat juggernaut, something can most definitely happen. Spiderman just by himself encased Juggernaut in concrete for months I believe.
Couldn't they just do something similar? Win via BFR or win via immobilization? It's not like Juggernaut is the smartest guy in the world...

The difference between hulk and jugs is that juggs has unlimited stamina, so the number could be in the thousands but it wont matter.
juggernaut has definitely limited (and far far far lower than Hulk) stamina and durability.
he got completely pawned by Onslaught and beat to a pulp by WarHulk too. Hulk on the other hand took on and went toe-to-toe with Onslaught, who could not beat him.
don't try to elucidate the differences if you haven't read the characters.
Hulk does not fatigue or tire, he has no physical need to rest.
that's been stated and demonstrated often enough.
and his endurance/stamina/reflexes etc are all pegged to his exponentially increasing (unlimited, infinite in potential) strength.

Actually I'm pretty sure that it was stated that Onslaught already expelled most of his energy pwning the heroes at the beginning of the crossover. He was drained by the end of the crossover.
