Again. This is an experiment, to judge it before it's even released is retarded.

By the way, why has no one made a thread about the 100 episodes, no filler, and better drawings and effects--anniversary remake of Dragonball Z?

i was actualy going to last night, there not re-drawign it though which s shit just putting in new effects...

Dragonball evolution has also a book junior novel version, here same scans from the book

"I am... Oozaru" rofl.

Well at least Picollo kind of looks like Picollo

emphasis on "kind of"

Wow. Really?

That'd be great. Seriously.

ugh There's a novel now too? A movie of this caliber doesn't deserve to be hyped as much as it has been.

Apparently Akira Toriyama's view on the new movie.

As the original creator, I had a feeling of "Huh?" upon seeing the screenplay and the character designs, but the director, all the actors, the staff, and the rest are nothing but "ultra" high-caliber people. Maybe the right way for me and all the fans to appreciate it is as a New Dragonball of a different dimension. Perhaps, this might become a great masterpiece of power! Hey, I look forward to it!!

I think many people complain just because is not similar to the manga, yet this version is not bad, in this pict Piccolo it looks like this one

If you're referring to that last pic posted (from the movie), then yeah. It did kinda make him look cooler in a way. ✅

Yes, yes I was referring to the last movie pic of Piccolo. Sure he doesn't look all the same..But I've always been looking at it like something completely different anyway.

New clips from the movie. You can actually see they will somewhat fight with speed.

Is it just me or does that fight scene of Roshi and Gokou look like something from Bulletproof Monk from that link.

You still don't get it do you?

There is a reason why they don't look like the characters in the manga and anime.

Because this (pre production photo of Emmy with a wig) doesn't look remotely close to good.

And again, it's an experiment with ideas. It might turn out to be bad, it might turn out to be good. But only bigots speak before having things confirmed.

I actually don't see what's wrong with that...Besides it probably being annoying to work with.

it doesnt look realistic...or attractive at all, these peopl need to have a certain freedom, it would be foolish to expect they would lift every detail from the manga

Piccolo is alright in my view (design wise) I still wish they had gone with Pilaf or Red Ribbon as the villains other then him, don't see the point of Mai myself when we could have had versions of Tambourine, Drum, and Piano but ahh well, a lot of things have been changed some alright some just awful.

I hope no one buys the PSP game oh wait....it's on the PSP so no trouble their then.

Piaf sucks so I'm glad he's not anywhere this movie.

Design wise I like Piccolo, and Bulma. I don't really have a lot of complaints or worries as far as this film is concerned.
